The idea
behind the film.

The opening follows the distance between a mathematical expression and the capabilities of modern AI. It combines original typography and conceptual motion graphics with generated monochrome footage.

The research reference

Attention Is All You Need, by Ashish Vaswani and colleagues, was first submitted in June 2017 and introduced the Transformer architecture. The film shows its scaled dot-product attention equation.

This was a turning point in a much longer story. Today's systems also depend on earlier and later research, data, training, engineering, and computation. One equation alone did not create modern AI.

What is illustrated

The token connections are a conceptual visualization, not attention measurements from a particular model. The closing questions describe research into adaptive reasoning, lasting memory, and reusable discovery. They are ambitions, not demonstrations of an Enceptic product.

Footage and production

The paper, processor, and server shots were generated with Kling v3.0 through Higgsfield. They are fictional visual illustrations, not recordings of Enceptic staff or facilities. The film is silent; exact equations, paper attribution, graphics, and end titles are rendered by the website.

What comes next

Enceptic is pursuing a new architecture with goals for reasoning and computational efficiency. Research is ongoing. The ending is an invitation to follow that work, not a claim that those goals have been achieved.
